Neil Gift I cannot say enough good things about this spotting scope. I have used this in many situations. For example, I was glassing an Elk herd from 3 miles away and was able to identify the bulls from the cows. I could get a general sense of the size of the rack. This saves a lot of time hiking closer. I also found that spotting into timber was way more effective with this glass than other scopes. The weight of this spotting scope was perfect for my tripod system. Other spotting scopes would be too heavy for my system.
