Shipping Policy
At 1 Shot Gear, we know how important it is to get your items before your next big adventure! We strive to get your gear into your hands as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates
● FREE Shipping: Free shipping on domestic orders that are $100 or more!
● Orders under $100: Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight and your delivery address. To get an exact quote, please add items to your cart and enter your shipping info at checkout.
Optics: All optics will be shipped out UPS Signature required. Examples of optics would be scopes, binoculars, rangefinders, spotter, etc. If you are unsure about your product order or there are going to be any issues, please contact us at 1shotgear.com or 303-284-3828.
Processing & Delivery Schedule
We do our best to process all orders within one business day.
● The 2:00 PM Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Monday – Friday) often ship the same day. Anything after our cut off will ship the next business day
● Business Days Only: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that holiday schedules may vary depending on carrier and store front hours.
● Peak Seasons: During high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
● Delays: 1 Shot Gear is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off. Please note that the carrier’s expedited shipping guarantees are not 1 Shot Gear guarantees. Carrier guarantees are from the time of shipment, not the time the order was placed.
Shipping Methods
● Standard Shipping: All standard domestic shipments are sent via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.
● Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? You may select expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
● Note: Expedited orders are fulfilled via UPS unless the order is shipped to a P.O. Box.
● Address Changes: Please double-check your info before submitting your order! Changes or cancellations depending on the carrier may not be possible or may result in additional rerouting fees.
International & APO Shipments
We proudly ship to international destinations and APO addresses.
● Exclusions: Certain items may be restricted for international transport. We are unable to accept returns on international orders.
● Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your country. 1Shot Gear is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Gear
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help.
1. Save Everything: Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods.
2. Contact Us: Reach out immediately so we can file a claim and work on a replacement.
