Women's Traverse Jacket

Warm, not bulky, easy movement, love it

I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews for any company but the customer service at this store is horrendous. Purchased this jacket prior to Thanksgiving fot my daughter as a Christmas gift. It was too small when she tried it on Christmas morning. I immediately went to return it but the app wouldnt let me. I emailed the company and received a response days later AFTER the return period ended. I informed them what had happened and was told they manually started a new order to send me the size I needed and for me to return the original. I went the very next day and returned it. A week later I was notified it arrived back to them. 2 more weeks and multiple unanswered emails later, I finally sent another email demanding an exchange or refund promptly. Finally I received a response saying they had JUST received my package and would be shipping out the new jacket asap, and I would receive a tracking number. Well… here we are another week later, and I’ve still got ZERO updates, emails, tracking info etc… it’s now January 21st and we’ve had two snow events and multiple freezing days in which my daughter has not had her jacket. I will give them 2 stars bc the jacket we first received was beautifully made and very good quality. Wish I had just kept it for myself and ordered her the correct size. I guess my next step will be contacting the BBB if I can’t get anyone to respond or get my money back. Be careful when ordering from here because if you end up needing them once they receive your money, you’re screwed apparently.
