The Leica 25-50x WW Aspherical Eyepiece for their 65mm and 82mm Televid spotting scopes is an exciting watershed product one of the many reasons to choose Leica over other premium brands. It is the first zooming telescope eyepiece which has a wide angle of apparent field of view throughout its zooming range, instead of exclusively in the higher-magnification range as is the case with other zooms.
The apparent field goes from 59 to an incredible 80°. Eye relief is still at a comfortable distance of 19mm. It comes with a rubber armored body with helicoid-style eyecup, and like all Leica eyepieces it is nitrogen filled and individually tested to assure its watertight status.
